Hypnotherapy Fees
I’m getting questions about this, and realized it’s one of the things I haven’t posted about but keeping meaning to.
As it stands at the moment I have four variable fees for hypnotherapy.
Clinical Hypnosis:
This means smoking cessation, habit control, diet help, exercise motivation, self-confidence boost, general relaxation, help sleeping.Initial session: $45
Follow-up session: $35Regression/Past Life Regression:
This is hypnotherapy to help you recover memories from childhood, past lives, pre-natal times and things like that.Initial session: $60
Follow up session: $50Scripts on CD:
Prep work, booster work and things like that on CD for you to listen to at your convenience.$15-25 depending on the amount and type of scripts needed.
Why are the initial sessions more expensive?
Initial sessions take longer because they involve an extensive pre-interview and paperwork to make sure this is the right thing for you, how you want to do it, answer any questions that you may have, find out about where we’re looking to go with this to make sure that we can understand and work together properly and be on the same page. I don’t want to just dive on in based on what you told me over the phone or via email because there may be things that I don’t know and need to know, like if you’ve done hypnosis before, if you have any health conditions which may cause an issue. This is not because hypnotherapy is a risky thing, but if you’re diabetic and didn’t eat yet during the day that could be an issue for you, or something else like that. I also want to make sure that I’m using visualization techniques that you’re comfortable with, it would not be good if you’re afraid of water and I’m using a visualization that takes you out on a boat in a lake, while that’s relaxing for me, it wouldn’t be for you.
Follow-up sessions don’t require as much pre-interview, just a brief catch-up and then we can go right on into the hypnosis portion of things.
So why is past life regression more expensive?
Past life regression sessions involve a lot more interaction between you and me because they’re a lot of question and answer. They’re going to be a lot longer also even without the pre-interview, so that’s why they’re more expensive. A clinical hypnosis session tends to average about 30-45 minutes an hour at most, whereas a past life regression session is an hour minimum.
Can you tape my sessions?
If you want a copy of your session I can definitely record something for you. My recording equipment is my computer, so it would be recorded to .mp3 and then burned to CD for you to listen to. If you can’t use a CD or would just like to download the .mp3 to your .mp3 player I can accommodate that as well, and it’ll be cheaper for you because I won’t have to use a CD.
