Looking at Past Lives
Often times people will ask me how I know about past lives and can give bits and pieces about so many I’ve had. It’s difficult to explain why that is. I could cop out and say that I’m just lucky. It’s not always been so easy.
I’ve felt that I’ve had other lives since I was very young and first read in my elementary school classes about Siddharta Gautama (better know as the Buddha) reincarnating. I thought it would be really interesting, but I wasn’t sure how I could find out for sure if I had or not. It took until I was in high school for me to really start to be able to research things like that, thanks to a few trips to Cassadega and the gathering of some books I learned about different people’s experiences and methodology.
There’s really no standard 100% guaranteed way to find out about your past lives. It’s not like you can just pack up some travel supplies and go on a trip and find something out, although some times people do start experiencing memories of past lives after something they see on a trip jogs their brain in a certain way.
For me the initial discovery was made during a guided meditation experiment with a friend of mine, and then other things fell into place; but it was this intense curiosity and the various experiments over the years that led me to take past life regression training. Although I made sure to learn the basics of hypnosis first. You can’t walk before you can crawl, and I wanted to make sure that I was doing things right and not going to cause problems more than I would solve.
For a lot of people past life regression can answer questions that have been plaguing them throughout this life. They might have an unexplained fear that makes no sense based on things which have happened to them this time around, and in some cases health problems can be exacerbated by residual energy from a past life.
