Phew :)
I think we all have those days where we’re ready to pack everything up in Delsey luggage and just go. My tendencies for that are slowing down a lot since we moved and are getting to an even keel, but there are many ways to help with the panic attacks.
I’ve said before that I’m looking into reiki, but I also find that just taking a few moments each day to relax, ground and cleanse can help to keep things chilled out.
I’m trying to take a more relaxed outlook to things to not sweat the small things and to just let as much as possible roll off my back. I’ve had the tendency to freak out over everything when certain things aren’t things I can do anything about and that’s not helped by certain people we have in our social circles who bring a lot of negativity into our house, home or life.
Here’s hoping that I can help myself and perhaps spread some of this wisdom throughout our circle so that the negativity in our area dissipates.
