Diet and Exercise
I’ve been very bad about sticking to my diet plan in the previous weeks. I’ve been drinking more soda than ever, and haven’t kept up with my plans to go outside and play and exercise with the munchkin more than once a week, when I intended to go out every other day and then every day.
Once again I find myself thinking about whether I should try to use supplements such as hoodia to help me keep my appetite in check given I can’t seem to find enough quiet time to work on self-hypnosis as I have an active two year old, and take enough time away from him with appointments for clients and meetings with doctors.
I’ve had hoodia before and it did work when I remembered to take it, and hoodia is at least more natural than getting something from the doctor.

The only long term solution is to forget about diets and pills and over-processed food and simply eat healthy, increase your metabolism, and keep your blood sugar from swinging high and low. Weight loss is not a goal, just a benefit of a healthy lifestyle.
